The other day, my Apple Pencil Pro stopped working. My iPad mini recognized it when docked, and it was paired in Bluetooth settings, but touching it to the screen did nothing.
Nada.
Zilch.
The problem turned out to be that the tip of the pencil was slightly loose. A couple turns to tighten it, and it resumed working perfectly.
So in this case, it was really was just the tip. Honest, baby.
